  • Gear Pumps

  • Vane Pumps

  • 3-Phase AC Drives

  • Metering Pumps

  • Flexible Impeller Pumps

  • Progressing Cavity Pumps

  • Peristaltic Pumps

  • Multi-Stage Vertical Pumps

  • Magnetic-Drive Pumps

Other Equipment Supplied:

Digital Flow Meters, Digital Pressure Gauges

Training Program Training starts with a quick review of fluid mechanics and pump operating principles, then progressing into design of different industrial pumps and their characteristics. Pump installation and configuration of variable speed drives and creation of serial/parallel network between drives. Fluid handling capabilities and considering the effect of restriction, pipe size and medium type on flow, pressure and power consumption. Perform diagnostics of abnormal operating conditions. Examine the impact of valve restriction, air injection and NPSH on pump efficiency by inducing cavitation, using different load valves and different reservoirs. Verify system operation and troubleshooting; checking parameters such as temperature, vibration, oil level, noise, and seal leakage; analyzing data from digital flow meters, digital pressure gauges and drives display. Pump maintenance training includes mechanical seal, diaphragm, valve and packing replacement.
