Precision Components

A total integrated approach from design and tooling through manufacturing, finishing and assembly, providing maximum value to our customers.

Committed teams of experts and state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities running the operations under a stringent quality system and the “lean manufacturing” methodologies can produce such components most cost-effectively and time-efficiently. These practices ensure our customers with the highest quality and most affordable cost position. In addition, such level of dedication and performance has been instrumental for us in achieving "just-in-time" supplier status with many of our major customers.

Services include:

  • Die Casting

  • Steel stamping

Die Casting

Design & Engineering ..

Our team of engineers work closely with customers to review and understand their specific requirements in order to ensure delivery of the finest quality parts. They run extensive value analysis and consider all options for tooling design to ensure functional integrity of the product as well as efficient use of materials.

Tooling ..

Skillful team of toolmakers provide superior precision tools to exacting specifications. Automated CAD/CAM equipment drive our CNC tooling machines to produce dies with highest quality, most efficiently, maintaining close tolerances over long production runs.

Machining ..

Where secondary machining is required we provide CNC machining services to meet the most challenging machining specifications to satisfy the most quality conscious customers.

Die Casting ..

Cast components range from approximately 0.5 oz to 10 lbs on 10 ton to 600 ton die casting machines. Typical production run ranges from 10,000 to 100,000 castings per month. Materials include zinc alloys Zamak 2, 3, 5, 7 and ZA-8; aluminum alloys Aluminum 380; magnesium alloys Magnesium AZ-91D

Secondary Operations ..

Automated secondary operations include deburring, reaming, machining, tapping and drilling providing customers with ready to assemble or ready-to-use parts.

Finishing ..

High-quality finishing processes include barrel and rack electroplating (finishes include chrome, brass. nickel, copper, zinc chromate, yellow chromates, black oxide), powder coating, epoxy and lacquer. Anodizing service for aluminum parts also available.

Assembly ..

When customers require, efficient assembly is also available for a vast range of finished products.

Quality system are controlled within ISO 9001:2000 certified facilities and is a base for several

quality initiatives including: Continuous improvement – SPC – In process inspection – Dock audit - and

Gauge calibration.

Our Quality Policy

We will continually improve our processes to satisfy our customers, employees and meet Group expectations

Environmental

We recognize our responsibilities to the environment. The Group companies environmental practices exceed all city, provincial and federal regulations for effluent and air treatment.
